CNS Welcomes 1,200 Freshmen Majors to Campus

Students at Freshmen Welcome 2011

More than 1,200 freshmen arrived on campus and will study one of the 28 majors offered by the College of Natural Science. The Freshmen Welcome event on Tuesday provided students opportunities to meet with departments and explore other majors and opportunities in the college. Dean R. James Kirkpatrick provided an overview of the college along with suggestions on how students can maximize their experience while at Michigan State.
